Head of Cybersecurity

About the role

The Head of Cybersecurity will lead and enhance enterprise cybersecurity services across a shared‑services environment. Reporting to the Head of Technology Services, you will shape security architecture, engineering, operations and governance for infrastructure, networks, cloud and operational platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and evolve security architecture frameworks aligned with business and operational needs.
• Design risk and threat assessment methodologies, identify gaps and define remediation strategies.
• Oversee deployment, configuration and management of SIEM, SOAR, endpoint protection, IAM, vulnerability management and cloud security tools.
• Improve detection accuracy, system reliability and response effectiveness through process optimisation.
• Lead incident response activities: investigation, containment, eradication, recovery and post‑incident reviews.
• Build and maintain security documentation, playbooks, technical standards and operational procedures.
• Develop governance, risk and compliance frameworks, vendor assessments and security awareness initiatives.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in managed security services and enterprise cybersecurity operations.
• Proven ability to manage regional stakeholders and lead multi‑business cybersecurity teams.
• Track record of driving service maturity and improving operational processes.
