Graphic / Static Designer for Pet Supplement Brand

About the role

We are looking for a Graphic / Static Designer to join a fast‑growing pet supplement brand that is expanding from the UK into the US market. The role focuses on creating high‑impact static creatives for performance‑driven Meta advertising campaigns supporting multiple products.

Key responsibilities

• Design static ad creatives for Meta (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns.
• Produce direct‑response ecommerce visuals that prioritize performance and testing.
• Iterate on existing winning concepts to improve results.
• Develop new visual angles and variations for audience and product testing.
• Collaborate closely with founders and the internal creative team on briefs, feedback, and execution.

Required profile

• Proven experience creating static creatives for ecommerce or direct‑response brands.
• Strong understanding of Meta advertising and performance‑focused creative strategies.
• Ability to work quickly, adapt existing concepts, and generate new ideas.
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced testing environment with frequent iterations.
• Excellent communication skills for brief alignment and feedback loops.

Required skills

• Experience with static graphic design for digital advertising.
