About the role

We are seeking a meticulous Graphic Designer to join our Proof Team, creating production‑ready artwork for promotional and customizable products. The role demands precision, speed, and a strong eye for detail to ensure every proof meets client and print specifications.

Key responsibilities

Generate accurate artwork proofs for client approval.
Prepare print‑ready files with correct sizing, bleed, color mode (CMYK/RGB), and resolution.
Ensure alignment with brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency.
Review layouts for spacing, typography, and overall quality.
Handle multiple proofs daily while upholding high standards.
Collaborate with Sales, Design, and Production teams to prevent errors and delays.

Required profile

Detail‑obsessed and process‑driven, comfortable with repetitive tasks.
Proactive in spotting potential production issues.
Open to feedback and continuous improvement.
Reliable in a 24/7 operational environment.

Required skills

Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (mandatory).
Solid working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.
