Graphic Designer – AI‑First, High‑Volume Design

About the role

DesignGuru is a subscription‑based design service that helps fast‑growing SMEs get high‑quality, on‑demand graphics. We are looking for a Graphic Designer who lives and breathes AI‑first design and can turn a constant stream of briefs into polished, production‑ready assets.

Key responsibilities

• Produce end‑to‑end design deliverables for branding, social media, digital ads, presentations, print, packaging and more.
• Make confident decisions on layout, typography and visual hierarchy without constant supervision.
• Integrate generative AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Claude, ChatGPT) into every stage of the creative process to accelerate ideation and execution.
• Manage multiple client briefs and tight deadlines simultaneously while maintaining consistent quality.
• Perform self‑directed quality checks and ensure all outputs are production ready before hand‑off.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in an agency or high‑volume design environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital, social and marketing design.
• Demonstrated fluency with generative AI tools as an integral part of the workflow.
• Comfortable juggling high volumes of work without compromising standards.
• Self‑motivated, able to organise workload and flag blockers early.
