About the role

UCM Education is seeking a sharp, ambitious graduate to join as a Graduate Marketing Executive. This remote, full‑time position offers hands‑on commercial marketing experience within an international education recruitment business, working UK hours.

Key responsibilities

• Support recruitment marketing and candidate‑attraction campaigns, including LinkedIn and recruiter visibility activities.
• Manage talent‑pool engagement, email outreach, and marketing content coordination.
• Conduct market and competitor research, track campaign performance, and use AI‑supported tools to improve efficiency.
• Gradually take ownership of projects and campaigns as skills develop.

Required profile

• Strong academic record with honours or evidence of high performance.
• Excellent written and spoken English, clear and professional communication.
• Intelligent, curious, proactive, organised and comfortable receiving feedback.
• Genuine interest in marketing, recruitment and business growth, with a desire for long‑term progression.
