Global Video Producer

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Global Video Producer to lead high‑volume video creation, leveraging the latest AI tools while maintaining strict operational discipline. You will partner closely with the Video Strategy & Operations Lead to boost throughput, shorten revision cycles, and ensure consistent delivery across campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Produce and edit large volumes of video content, prioritising AI‑enhanced workflows.
• Apply editorial judgment to pacing, structure, and overall quality while adhering to brand standards.
• Own day‑to‑day production operations, including workflow management, review cycles, versioning, and delivery readiness.
• Perform first‑pass quality assurance on all deliverables and support light promotional video execution.
• Coordinate external freelance editors as needed.
• Assist with content packaging, publishing readiness, and continuous improvement of workflows and standards.

Required profile

• 4–6+ years of video editing and production experience.
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Strong understanding of video formats and encoding.
• Excellent English communication skills, both oral and written.
• Online portfolio demonstrating skill, originality, and brand consistency.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in media arts production is a plus.
