Fullstack QA Engineer for MSME Platform

About the role

You will own quality across mobile apps, web applications and backend services for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). You will work directly with engineers and product managers to ship features that businesses rely on daily.

Key responsibilities

• Work directly with developers and product managers across the release cycle, testing features before they reach customers.
• Test the business mobile app and its underlying APIs, catching issues across browsers, devices, and environments.
• Write and maintain detailed test cases and help lay the groundwork for automated testing.
• Design, execute, and maintain manual test cases for the business mobile app.
• Run end‑to‑end and regression testing across releases and product updates.
• Test APIs directly (e.g., via Postman) and validate behavior beyond the UI.
• Debug issues using browser DevTools and communicate findings clearly to developers.
• Cover testing across browsers and devices to catch environment‑specific bugs.
• Contribute to integrating tests into CI/CD workflows as the team moves toward automation.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in web application testing with strong manual testing foundation.
• Experience writing detailed test cases and performing cross‑browser/device testing.
• Basic scripting ability in any language and genuine interest in growing into automation.
• Hands‑on API testing experience (e.g., Postman).
• Confidence using browser DevTools and debugging issues.
• Experience integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines.
