Salesforce Implementation Engineer

About the role

Specright is hiring a Salesforce Implementation Engineer for its Professional Services team. You will manage customer and product implementation configurations across Specright and Salesforce, working closely with the Director of Professional Services and the Implementation Engineering Manager. The role is fully remote and based in the Philippines.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement customized Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
• Configure Salesforce features, including workflows, process builder, flows, validation rules, and security settings.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Integrate Salesforce with third‑party systems using APIs, middleware, and data integration tools.
• Perform data migration, data cleansing, and data management tasks.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks.
• Participate in code reviews and maintain high standards of code quality and documentation.
• Support deployment processes using tools such as Salesforce DX, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems.
• Stay current with Salesforce platform updates, best practices, and emerging technologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of hands‑on Salesforce development experience.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
• Highly accountable with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and provide technical solutions for medium to high complexity projects.

Required skills

• Apex, SOQL/SOSL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura components, Visualforce.
• Salesforce configuration (Flows, validation rules, profiles, permission sets).
• REST/SOAP APIs and integration patterns.
• Git version control and deployment tools (Salesforce DX, CI/CD pipelines).
