FullStack Node.js Developer (Cebu)

About the role

We are looking for a skilled FullStack Node.js Developer to join our team in Cebu. You will work on designing, building, and maintaining web service applications while collaborating closely with clients and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Attend daily team meetings to review progress and plan upcoming tasks.
• Design, code, configure, test, debug, deploy, document, and maintain web service applications.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve quality and standards.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications.
• Troubleshoot issues, perform analysis, and implement software enhancements.
• Validate that applications align with architectural design and business needs.
• Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance.
• Collaborate with the team to identify and implement best practices.
• Act as a point of contact for clients and stakeholders, providing project updates and reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Information Systems or a related technical field (completed or in progress).
• 3–5 years of experience as a Full‑Stack Developer using Node.js.
• Experience with at least one front‑end framework (React.js, Angular or Vue.js).
• Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Experience leading a team or mentoring junior developers.
