Fullstack AI Engineer (Gen AI) – Cebu

About the role

We are looking for a Fullstack AI Engineer to design and deliver AI‑powered web and mobile applications. You will create conversational interfaces, admin portals, and integrate generative AI models into enterprise workflows, ensuring production‑ready quality and seamless user experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop responsive UI for chat‑based interactions and admin dashboards using modern frontend frameworks.
• Build scalable backend services and APIs to host, manage, and monitor AI model pipelines.
• Integrate AI agents and models into enterprise systems, enabling multi‑turn dialogues and dynamic workflows.
• Implement response caching, retry logic, token streaming, and escalation mechanisms for reliable AI experiences.
• Provide transparency through structured output parsing, logging, interaction history, and feedback loops.
• Maintain production quality with automated testing, error handling, and responsive design principles.

Required profile

• Proven experience in UI engineering for chat interfaces and multi‑step flows.
• Strong backend development skills with API design and integration.
• Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms and serverless architectures.
• Familiarity with enterprise integration (e.g., SAP, Salesforce) and API gateway patterns.
