Full-time Nurse – Occupational Health

About the role

Alstom is seeking a full‑time Nurse to join its Mabalacat depot in Pampanga, Philippines. You will work in a dynamic, safety‑focused environment, supporting the health and well‑being of employees across the rail‑transport business.

Key responsibilities

• Provide nursing care and medical advice to employees, referring cases to physicians or hospitals when needed.
• Support the EHS Manager and country management on health‑related matters and compliance.
• Assist project teams by advising on health aspects of their work.
• Organise health‑promotion activities, training, and awareness programmes.
• Prepare and maintain health‑related records, statistics and monthly health reports.
• Ensure compliance with current and future health regulations and laws.
• Support health surveillance programmes and coordinate with project sites to address health issues.

Required profile

• A degree in Nursing with a valid PRC license.
• Experience as an occupational health nurse, including DOLE‑OSH training.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
• Strong sense of urgency, responsibility and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
