About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Registered Nurse to work remotely as a Virtual Assistant, supporting healthcare providers with accurate medical charting and documentation. The role is based on Pacific Standard Time and will be performed from the Philippines.

Key responsibilities

Partner with a provider to assist with patient care and administrative tasks.
Ensure test results are entered into the electronic chart and prescriptions are filled.
Alert physicians to missing information required for diagnosis and billing.
Maintain up‑to‑date and compliant medical records.

Required profile

Registered Nurse with at least 1 year experience in a US healthcare setting.
Ability to work on Pacific Standard Time schedule.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate documentation.
