Full Stack Java EE Developer (Cebu)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Full Stack Java Enterprise Edition Developer to join our team in Cebu. You will work on designing, building, and maintaining web service applications while collaborating closely with clients and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Attend daily team meetings to review progress and plan upcoming tasks.
• Design, develop, test, debug, deploy, document, and maintain Java‑based web services.
• Write clean, maintainable code following established standards and participate in code reviews.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and application designs.
• Perform troubleshooting, root‑cause analysis, and implement software enhancements.
• Mentor junior developers and share best practices.
• Act as a technical point of contact for clients, providing project updates and status reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Mathematics, Information Systems or related field (completed or in progress).
• 3–5 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer using Java platforms (Spring).
• Experience with at least one front‑end framework such as React.js, Angular or Vue.js.
• Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Ability to create and interpret UML diagrams (use case, activity, sequence).
