Full Stack Engineer – Hybrid (Cagayan De Oro)

About the role

MicroSourcing is looking for a Full Stack Engineer to design, develop, and maintain end‑to‑end web applications. The role is hybrid, based in Cagayan De Oro, and offers the chance to work on both frontend and backend layers within a collaborative, inclusive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications across frontend and backend.
• Build scalable RESTful APIs and integrate them with user interfaces.
• Develop and manage relational and NoSQL databases to support application functionality.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define technical requirements and deliver high‑quality solutions.
• Implement automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and performance monitoring to ensure reliability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of full‑stack development experience.
• Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and modern frameworks.
• Hands‑on experience with backend languages such as Java, C#, Node.js, Python, or PHP.
• Experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server) and Git‑based workflows.
