Full-Stack Developer (Hybrid)

About the role

MicroSourcing is looking for a skilled Full‑Stack Developer to join its hybrid team in Pasay. You will work on business‑critical web and mobile applications, including Progressive Web Apps, and integrate them with enterprise platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance web and mobile applications.
• Support and optimise Progressive Web Applications (PWAs).
• Build and maintain backend services, APIs, and system integrations.
• Integrate applications with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Work within distributed codebases, following version‑control and coding standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, analysts, and technical teams to gather requirements.
• Troubleshoot issues, perform root‑cause analysis, and implement fixes.
• Optimise database performance and ensure data integrity.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, deployments, and continuous improvement.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑stack software development.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript.
• Hands‑on experience with Python and the Flask framework.
• Experience with PostgreSQL databases.
• Knowledge of API development and system integrations.
• Experience using Git or other version‑control systems.
• Ability to support and enhance existing production codebases.
• Strong problem‑solving and debugging skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering or related field (preferred).
