Frontend Developer – Remote Contract (up to $70/hr)

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Frontend Developer to join our remote team on a contract basis. You will be responsible for building and maintaining high‑performance web interfaces using modern JavaScript and TypeScript technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and maintain scalable web interfaces with JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to deliver quality solutions.
• Ensure cross‑browser compatibility and optimise applications for speed and scalability.
• Apply best practices, conduct code reviews and support continuous integration pipelines.
• Translate complex requirements into clean, reusable code components.
• Troubleshoot, debug and enhance existing applications for optimal performance.

Required profile

• Proven track record of delivering production‑ready web applications.
• Strong ability to write clear, maintainable code following industry standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective remote collaboration.
• Self‑motivated and able to work autonomously while aligning with team goals.

Required skills

• Expert‑level proficiency in JavaScript.
• Expert‑level proficiency in TypeScript.
• Hands‑on experience with modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue).
