Frontend Developer

About the role

Avvoka is looking for a hands‑on Frontend Developer to shape the user experience of its legal‑tech platform. You will work on high‑impact features that lawyers use daily for drafting, reviewing, and automating contracts, where performance, clarity, and reliability are essential.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and ship high‑quality Vue.js components for complex, workflow‑heavy parts of the product (forms, editors, approvals, automation UI).
• Translate product requirements into pragmatic technical designs that balance speed, maintainability, and user experience.
• Improve performance, accessibility, and UI reliability in high‑traffic areas.
• Collaborate with Product and Design teams to simplify complexity and deliver clear, usable interfaces.
• Work with backend engineers on API design, data contracts, and incremental delivery improvements.
• Identify and address technical debt that hampers development velocity.

Required profile

• Proven experience with Vue.js and modern frontend development practices.
• Strong TypeScript skills and ability to design maintainable component and state patterns.
• Track record of shipping B2B products where correctness and usability are critical.
• Quality‑first mindset focusing on performance, accessibility, and maintainability.
• Clear communication and proactive ownership of tasks.
