Frontend Developer

About the role

In this role you will develop the responsive frontend of a customer‑service SaaS platform using Vue.js and modern web technologies. You will work on a system built from scratch four years ago, serving thousands of users daily, and focus on performance and user experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a customer‑service SaaS application and an SDK for client integration.
• Build responsive user interfaces with Vue.js.
• Optimize performance and enhance user experience.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and development team to define new features and user stories.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure alignment with architectural standards.
• Respond to production support calls for quick diagnosis and issue resolution.
• Take part in team ceremonies such as planning, grooming, demos, and retrospectives.
• Mentor less‑experienced team members.

Required profile

• Familiarity with at least one framework: Vue, React, or Angular.
• Experience with state‑management libraries like Vuex, Redux, or Ngrx.
• Proficiency with Git, ES6, Webpack, and Sass/SCSS.
• Experience building real‑time applications; Firebase knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills.
