Front-End Developer – Cagayan de Oro

About the role

MicroSourcing is looking for a Front-End Developer to join its onsite team in Cagayan de Oro. You will work on modern web applications, turning UI/UX designs into high‑quality, responsive interfaces.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive web interfaces using HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Convert UI/UX designs and wireframes into reusable, performant code.
• Ensure technical feasibility of designs and optimise applications for speed and scalability.
• Integrate frontend components with backend APIs and third‑party services.
• Troubleshoot, debug and enhance existing features to improve user experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• 2–5 years of professional frontend development experience.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3 and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Experience with at least one major framework (React, Angular or Vue.js).
• Familiarity with Git and standard development workflows.
