Front Desk & Community Engagement Officer

About the role

We are looking for a customer‑focused Front Desk & Community Engagement Officer to manage our reception area, support community initiatives, and oversee showroom activities. The role combines professional front‑desk service with active community liaison to enhance visitor experience and promote our brand.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors and guests in a courteous manner.
• Answer and route incoming calls, social media inquiries, and emails promptly.
• Manage appointments, visitor logs, and front‑desk communications.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries while keeping the reception area clean and organized.
• Act as a liaison between the organization and the community, coordinating outreach events and creating communication materials.
• Gather community feedback and provide insights to management.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom; assist visitors with product information.
• Track visitor traffic, report data to management, and support sales activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Communication, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in reception, customer service, front‑desk, or community engagement roles is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer‑first mindset.
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Professional appearance and strong client‑facing presence.
• Willingness to work onsite on a shifting schedule between 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM.
