Freight Operations Coordinator – US Trucking Dispatch & Support

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Freight Operations Coordinator to support US trucking and transportation activities. The role involves close interaction with carriers, drivers, and internal teams to ensure smooth, on‑time freight movements.

Key responsibilities

• Follow up with carriers and drivers after loads are booked to confirm on‑time execution.
• Conduct pickup, transit, and delivery check‑calls and provide proactive status updates.
• Monitor shipment progress, identify potential disruptions, and communicate delays or exceptions to internal stakeholders.
• Upload Proofs of Delivery, shipment documents, and update shipment statuses in the Transportation Management System (TMS).
• Maintain accurate load records and support dispatchers with day‑to‑day transportation activities.
• Assist with carrier communications and general freight operations support.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of shipment milestones.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in US trucking, freight brokerage, dispatch, track‑and‑trace, or logistics coordination.
• Understanding of over‑the‑road (OTR) trucking operations and long‑haul freight movements.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple shipments simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Willingness to work onsite in Makati on a rotating day‑shift or night‑shift schedule.
