About the role
The Foreman will support the inspection and preparation of housing units and land development projects, ensuring they meet quality standards before handover to owners. This onsite position is based in Capas, Tarlac, and may involve relocation to other project sites as needed.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in inspecting ongoing housing units and land development works.
- Identify repair needs and coordinate corrective actions with contractors.
- Prepare completed units for occupancy by house owners.
- Issue non‑compliance reports and monitor the timely rectification of issues.
Required profile
- Preferably experienced in construction works.
- Knowledge of engineering plans is an advantage.
- Willingness to be relocated to any project site.
- Ready to work onsite in Capas, Tarlac.
