Project Management Officer - Renewable Energy

About the role

Bureau Veritas Philippines is looking for a highly organized Project Management Officer to support the planning, execution, monitoring and reporting of renewable energy projects such as solar PV, wind and battery storage. The role ensures projects are delivered on schedule, within budget and in compliance with client and company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Support Project Managers in planning, execution and monitoring of renewable energy projects.
• Coordinate activities, resources, timelines and deliverables across multiple projects.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, action trackers and milestone reports.
• Prepare weekly, monthly and ad‑hoc status reports and track KPIs, budgets and resource utilization.
• Maintain risk registers, support quality assurance and ensure compliance with company standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, Construction Management or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in a PMO, project coordination or project controls role, preferably supporting solar PV, wind or BESS projects.
• Strong analytical, organizational and stakeholder‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Project scheduling and reporting using MS Project, Primavera P6, Smartsheet or similar tools.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Experience with project dashboards and reporting tools such as Power BI.
• Knowledge of risk register maintenance and document control processes.
