Food Service Supervisor

About the role

The Food Service Supervisor will lead the growth of our Foodservice channel across the Greater Manila Area. This position is responsible for developing strategic plans, driving sales performance, and building strong partnerships with key hospitality clients such as hotels, QSRs, fine‑dining establishments, buffets, and cafés.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve volume, revenue, and market‑share targets for the Foodservice channel.
• Monitor sales performance, set KPIs, and report growth metrics.
• Develop and execute strategic plans and pursue new business opportunities.
• Strengthen relationships with key customers and conduct ideation sessions with decision‑makers.
• Collaborate with Marketing on promotions and with Product Development on menu concepts.
• Formulate pricing strategies to enhance competitiveness and market penetration.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
• Lead, coach, and manage the Foodservice sales team.
• Represent the company in industry groups and events.
• Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and strategic recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism/Hospitality Management, Culinary, Business, Marketing, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, key account management, or business development within food/hospitality.
• Proven experience leading a sales team and managing major foodservice accounts.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Professional appearance and confident demeanor.
• Strategic thinker with solid analytical and decision‑making skills.
• Self‑driven, organized, and committed to continuous improvement.
• Passion for the food industry, culinary trends, and food culture.
