Food & Beverage Event Supervisor

About the role

The Food & Beverage Event Supervisor ensures seamless delivery of all food‑and‑beverage services and events across the hotel. Reporting to the leadership team, the role blends outlet supervision with event coordination, guaranteeing consistent guest experiences and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of multiple F&B outlets, maintaining high service standards.
• Plan, coordinate and execute hotel events of average complexity, from pre‑event briefing to post‑event follow‑up.
• Manage event logistics, including room blocks, meeting spaces, and on‑site execution.
• Act as primary liaison between sales, property departments and clients throughout the event lifecycle.
• Ensure billing accuracy, conduct client bill reviews and process final invoices.
• Supervise, train and schedule Event Coordinators and F&B Experts/Operations Experts.
• Identify operational challenges and develop solutions in collaboration with property staff.
• Participate in site inspections and support the sales process as needed.

Required profile

• Proven experience in food‑and‑beverage supervision and event coordination within a hotel or resort environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests, sales teams and internal departments.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and resolve issues quickly under pressure.
• Leadership capability to train and motivate junior staff.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering consistent service quality.
