Financial Reporting Manager

About the role

The Financial Reporting Manager will lead the consolidation of financial statements for Filinvest Land and its subsidiaries, providing performance analysis for each segment. This role works closely with Filinvest Business Services Corp. on reporting and tax matters, ensuring accurate and timely financial information for management.

Key responsibilities

• Review and consolidate financial statements of Filinvest Land and subsidiaries, including segment‑specific reports.
• Analyze financial reports submitted by the shared services group and identify trends.
• Prepare statutory reports and coordinate filings with regulatory agencies.
• Produce ad‑hoc reports as required by business units.
• Act as liaison between the Controller and the Shared Services Financial Reporting team.
• Support tax planning initiatives and recommend improvements to the financial statement preparation process.

Required profile

• Licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA is a plus.
• 10+ years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, and accounting, with at least 5 years in a managerial capacity.
• Experience in the real‑estate industry is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency, including pivot tables and macros.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Familiarity with Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
