Financial Reporting Head

About the role

We are looking for a Financial Reporting Head to lead the preparation and delivery of accurate, timely financial reports across the organization. The role will partner with regional finance teams, ensure compliance with audit and regulatory standards, and drive continuous improvement of reporting processes and tools.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all financial reporting activities for the business.
• Ensure accuracy and on‑time delivery of monthly reports.
• Manage audits and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with finance teams across multiple regions.
• Identify and implement enhancements to reporting processes and systems.

Required profile

• Strong background in accounting, finance, or financial controllership.
• Proven experience in financial reporting within a complex, multi‑entity environment.
• Deep knowledge of accounting standards and reporting regulations.
• Demonstrated ability to work with audit firms and regulatory bodies.
• Leadership experience managing finance teams.
• High attention to detail and ability to meet tight closing deadlines.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience with ERP or other financial reporting systems.
