Financial Planning & Analyst – ITS Finance

About the role

The FP&A Analyst for ITS Finance supports global stakeholders by delivering accurate financial reports, variance analysis, and data-driven insights. You will work with large data sets in a fast‑paced environment, helping leadership make informed decisions across multiple regions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare recurring financial reports, summaries, and presentations for leadership.
• Conduct variance analysis comparing actuals to budget, forecast, and prior periods.
• Gather data from cross‑functional teams, maintain trackers, and resolve data gaps.
• Perform data checks, reconciliations, and validations to ensure high‑quality deliverables.
• Build and maintain Excel‑based models for forecasting, budgeting, and KPI reporting.
• Identify inconsistencies, troubleshoot reporting issues, and implement preventive measures.
• Recommend improvements to reporting templates, workflows, and automation opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience in FP&A, management reporting, or financial analysis.
• Exposure to shared‑services or global business services environments is a plus.
• Strong analytical capability and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (pivots, lookups, modeling, handling large datasets).
• Familiarity with ERP systems.
