Financial Controller

About the role

We are seeking a high‑caliber Financial Controller to lead finance and accounting operations for a fast‑growing Philippine business group in real‑estate services and flexible workspace. This hands‑on leader will build structure, enforce discipline, improve controls, and ensure accurate reporting across multiple entities.

Key responsibilities

• Own the monthly, quarterly and annual financial close process, delivering timely and accurate financial statements and management reports.
• Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory obligations, overseeing VAT, withholding tax, income tax and payroll filings.
• Strengthen internal controls, design SOPs, approval workflows and financial governance processes, and proactively address control gaps.
• Oversee cash monitoring, payment governance and treasury coordination, providing visibility on collections, receivables and cash position.
• Lead, coach and develop the finance and accounting team, fostering a culture of accountability, integrity and operational discipline.
• Support ERP/finance systems implementation and drive process automation and efficiency improvements.
