About the role
The Strategic Analyst will work closely with the EMEA Strategy Lead to drive strategy deployment, governance excellence, growth planning, and financial execution across the region. This role blends strategic thinking with rigorous execution to turn priorities into measurable outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Foster a high‑performance culture and ensure strategic alignment across EMEA.
- Lead operational governance and reporting excellence.
- Drive strategic growth planning and oversee EMEA‑wide M&A governance.
- Manage margin and fixed‑cost execution engines.
Required profile
- Strong strategic analysis and problem‑structuring capabilities.
- Comfort operating with senior leaders in ambiguous environments.
- Excellent storytelling, synthesis, and executive communication skills.
- Disciplined operator with a strong governance and follow‑up mindset.
