Financial Analyst

About the role

The Finance team is seeking a detail‑oriented Financial Analyst to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting activities. You will work onsite at our Ortigas Center office, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to provide data‑driven insights that guide business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing annual budgets and periodic financial forecasts.
• Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements and management reports.
• Support financial analysis and reporting to aid business decision‑making.
• Create and update financial models for scenario planning.
• Monitor budget versus actual results and provide variance analysis.
• Prepare and assist with tax filings, compliance requirements, and related documentation.
• Maintain accurate financial records, accounting schedules, and supporting documentation.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and applicable tax regulations.

Required profile

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation.
• At least 5 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting roles.
• Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• In‑depth knowledge of financial statement preparation, reporting, and analysis.
• Experience with tax preparation, tax compliance, and related regulatory requirements.
• Willingness to work onsite in Ortigas Center, Mandaluyong City.
