Financial Analyst – Budgeting & Forecasting

About the role

The Financial Analyst will support management by turning financial data into actionable insights. You will be involved in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and the monitoring of key performance indicators to help maintain the company’s financial health.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing annual budgets, forecasts and financial plans.
• Conduct variance analysis between actual results and budget/forecast, identifying drivers and trends.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports for management review.
• Analyze profitability, cost efficiency and financial performance of departments or projects.
• Support strategic planning, business modelling and decision‑making.
• Monitor cash flow, operating expenses and capital expenditures.
• Coordinate with other departments to gather and validate data for analysis.
• Develop and maintain financial models and dashboards to track KPIs.
• Participate in process‑improvement initiatives to enhance reporting accuracy and timeliness.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with accounting policies and internal controls.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or related field.
• Fresh graduates with a strong analytical background are welcome.
• Organized, detail‑oriented and able to meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of financial statements, accounting principles and business analysis.
