Finance Specialist – Product Costing (Laguna)

About the role

The Finance Specialist (Product Costing) will support Zenith Foods’ financial operations in Canlubang, Laguna. The role focuses on cost analysis, variance review, budgeting, and financial advisory to ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Review significant variances on profit & loss and balance‑sheet accounts.
• Gather and maintain actual manpower cost data, including man‑hours, headcount, and operating supplies.
• Participate in cross‑functional supply‑chain projects, providing financial impact insights.
• Validate and process data using financial analysis tools for product costing and transfer pricing.
• Prepare and organize historical data for budgeting, month‑end closing, and financial reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or a related field.
• Preferably a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Internal Auditor (CIA).
• At least 6 months of experience in product costing within manufacturing or logistics.
• Solid background in profit & loss management or financial planning & analysis (FP&A).
• Willingness to work on a hybrid basis in Canlubang, Laguna.
