Finance Lead - Shared Service Center

About the role

The Finance Lead for the Shared Service Center in the Philippines will oversee project finance, accounting, and accounts payable teams, ensuring accurate financial reporting and strategic planning across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Service Excellence & Stakeholder Management: drive team performance against SLAs, report KPIs, and communicate with senior stakeholders.
• Project Finance: improve processing efficiency, deliver accurate financial analysis, and collaborate on process improvements.
• Accounting Operations: ensure timely management accounts, month‑end and year‑end closings, and compliance with local and international accounting standards.
• Accounts Payable Management: supervise invoice processing, implement internal controls, and prevent errors or fraud.
• Integration and Audit Support: manage integration timelines, post‑transition hypercare, and act on audit findings.
• Team Leadership and Development: mentor finance, accounting, and AP teams, set performance objectives, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Process Improvement: identify and implement opportunities to enhance finance processes.

Required profile

• Dynamic leader capable of managing multiple finance projects.
• Proven experience overseeing finance, accounting, and accounts payable functions.
• Strong communication skills for interaction with senior stakeholders.
• Knowledge of local and international accounting standards, including IFRS.
• Ability to drive process improvements and ensure compliance with SLAs.
