Finance Lead – Philippines

About the role

The Brink’s Company is seeking an accomplished Finance Lead to oversee all financial operations for its Philippines entity. Reporting to senior leadership, you will drive budgeting, forecasting, tax strategy, and compliance while supporting the company’s strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the preparation of budgets, revenue forecasts, gross margins, overheads, PBITA and CAPEX.
• Produce monthly and quarterly financial statements and reports.
• Develop and implement tax strategies to minimise liabilities and optimise cash flow.
• Oversee cost proposals, profit analysis and treasury functions.
• Partner with the President and Regional Office on major financial issues and company‑wide strategies.
• Maintain relationships with banks, auditors, lawyers and the BIR.
• Champion SOX compliance, ensuring documentation, staff education and a robust control environment.
• Respond to client inquiries, coordinate problem resolution and manage service‑related issues.
• Identify emerging financial risks and implement proactive counter‑measures.

Required profile

• CPA license.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of finance and accounting experience in the industry.
• Proven experience leading a finance team of 30‑40 members, including controllers, managers and procurement staff.
