Finance Analyst - FP&A

About the role

NCC Group's Group Financial Planning team provides data-driven insights to support strategic decisions across the Group, partnering with senior leaders such as the CFO and CEO. As a Finance Analyst (FP&A), you will turn financial and operational data into insights, analyse business performance, produce management information and explain key trends to stakeholders. The role is based in Taguig City, Metro Manila, with two days per week onsite, and opens up to FP&A and Finance Business Partnering activities over time.

Key responsibilities

• Produce and distribute daily, weekly and monthly performance reporting for senior management and business stakeholders.
• Analyse financial and operational KPI data to identify trends, risks, opportunities and performance drivers.
• Translate data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations.
• Support forecasting, budgeting and planning with high-quality analysis.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand information needs and challenge assumptions and investigate variances.
• Assist in preparing financial presentations, management reports and dashboards for senior leadership.
• Collaborate on ad hoc analysis, projects and strategic initiatives, and help improve reporting, processes, automation and data quality.

Required profile

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with large, complex datasets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability, with proactive, curious and commercially minded approach.
• Clear verbal and written communication, able to present insights to non-finance audiences and build stakeholder relationships.
• Attention to detail, comfort in a fast-paced environment, and willingness to take ownership.
• Desirable: Adaptive Planning/Workday Financials experience, financial modelling knowledge, and experience presenting to non-finance audiences.
