FINACLE Developer

About the role

We are looking for a skilled FINACLE Developer to design, develop, maintain, and enhance our application systems. You will translate business requirements into technical specifications while ensuring compliance with AML and MLPP regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Gather user requirements and perform systems analysis and design.
• Design and develop application modules, file structures, interfaces, programs, and reports.
• Code, compile, and test new and revised programs following SDLC, information security, and audit standards.
• Prepare test data, conduct various tests, and create test, conversion, and implementation plans.
• Develop and maintain system documentation and user manuals.
• Supervise file conversion and provide technical support to end‑users.
• Deliver initial training to trainers and users.
• Recommend process improvements to increase efficiency.

Required profile

• Graduate or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in FINACLE development.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Required skills

• FINACLE development expertise.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with cloud‑based platforms.
