Field Technician – Nespresso Machines

About the role
The Field Technician provides on‑site technical support for Nespresso coffee machines, ensuring they operate efficiently and customers receive high‑quality service. This role involves installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair at client locations.
Key responsibilities
- Install Nespresso coffee machines at client sites.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues reported by customers.
- Stay updated on new Nespresso products and technologies.
- Complete service reports and document recommendations for improvement.
- Follow Nespresso's policies and procedures for technical support and service.
- Manage time efficiently to complete service calls and installations within specified timeframes.
Required profile
- College or vocational education; NC 2 Certificate in Electrical or Electronics is a plus.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience.
- Flexibility and willingness to perform field work.
- Valid driver’s license.
Required skills
- Electrical troubleshooting.
- Installation of coffee machines.
- Preventive maintenance of electronic equipment.
