Field Sales Executive – Used Car Financing (Urgent)

About the role

OneLot is seeking a proactive Field Sales Executive to strengthen relationships with used‑car dealers across the Philippines. You will be on the ground meeting dealers, understanding their cycles, and helping them leverage OneLot’s financing solutions to grow their business.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with used‑car dealers through regular field visits and check‑ins.
• Pitch OneLot’s financing products to new prospects and drive adoption among existing accounts.
• Manage an assigned loan book to increase utilization, disbursements, and portfolio performance.
• Achieve individual and team sales, conversion, and disbursement targets.
• Capture dealer feedback and competitive insights to improve products and processes.
• Resolve escalations from key accounts to ensure long‑term dealer satisfaction.
• Support junior team members during complex or high‑touch sales engagements.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in sales, account management, or client‑facing roles.
• Prior experience with financing, lending, or credit‑based products.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills across in‑person, phone, SMS, and email channels.
• Results‑oriented with a proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑changing environment with high ownership and clear accountability.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
• Personal car or motorcycle for dealer visits.
• Fluent in Filipino; conversational to intermediate English for business discussions.
