Facilities Site Manager

About the role

OpenText is seeking a Facilities Site Manager to lead workplace governance, compliance, and operations across the Asia Pacific & Japan (APJ) region, excluding India. Based at RCBC Plaza in Makati, you will ensure that physical, virtual, and serviced offices provide a safe, compliant, and high‑quality employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Own governance, compliance, audits, and risk management for APJ facilities.
• Oversee virtual and serviced office operations across the region.
• Manage vendors, service level agreements, and workplace standards.
• Support day‑to‑day office operations in Taiwan and Hong Kong.
• Partner with HR, IT, Security, Finance, and Real Estate teams.
• Lead projects, space optimisation, and regional initiatives.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in facilities, workplace, real estate, or compliance.
• Experience managing multiple sites in APJ or similar multi‑site environments.
• Strong vendor, governance, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Hands‑on experience with virtual and serviced office models.
• Willingness to work onsite at RCBC Plaza, Makati.
