About the role
Point Blue is seeking a detail‑oriented Lease and Admin Officer to support its property management operations in Manila. The role focuses on maintaining accurate lease documentation, assisting with legal paperwork, and providing general administrative support to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare weekly status reports on the completeness and accuracy of notarized contracts, lease addendums, and deposit slips.
- Notarize, scan, and file contracts and lease addendums, both physical and digital copies.
- Prepare Official Receipts (ORs) and Acknowledgement Receipts (ARs) as required.
- Assist the Liaison Officer with fieldwork and data collection.
- Draft legal contracts, correspondence, and other related documents.
- Perform general administrative and clerical duties to support the team.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field.
- At least one year of experience as a paralegal or in an administrative office role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
