Facilities Manager – Integrated Facilities Management

About the role

The Facilities Manager will lead the governance, performance, compliance and continuous improvement of facilities management services across Coca‑Cola Europacific Aboitiz Philippines sites. This role ensures consistent service delivery, operational resilience and cost‑effective operations while aligning with regulatory requirements and business priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Own the governance, performance, compliance and continuous improvement of facilities management services across CCEAP sites.
• Lead the Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) governance model, defining contract scope, SLAs, KPIs and escalation protocols.
• Approve service delivery actions, issue resolutions and operational recommendations within defined authority.
• Track, analyse and report on IFM KPIs, SLAs and performance benchmarks; lead monthly and quarterly business reviews with providers and stakeholders.
• Conduct facilities audits and compliance reviews, drive vendor performance and prepare executive‑level updates on risks, issues and improvement priorities.
• Develop and continuously improve facilities standards for maintenance, infrastructure, workplace services and service quality, ensuring alignment with Philippine regulations, company standards and global frameworks such as ISO.

Required profile

• Proven experience in integrated facilities management or similar governance roles.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine facilities regulations and relevant ISO standards.
• Ability to work with cross‑functional teams, service providers and senior leadership.
