Facilities & Maintenance Engineer

About the role

The Facilities and Maintenance Engineer will ensure the reliable operation of building utilities, equipment and infrastructure at our Lipa site. You will lead preventive and corrective maintenance activities while supporting compliance with local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance for HVAC, electrical, plumbing and fire protection systems.
• Interpret technical drawings, blueprints and engineering specifications to guide work.
• Coordinate with government agencies and manage permits to ensure PEZA and other regulatory compliance.
• Oversee contractors and service providers, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Respond to emergency maintenance situations and provide on‑site technical support.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Licensed Mechanical Engineer or Electrical Engineer.
• 2–3 years of experience in facilities management, building maintenance or plant maintenance.
• Familiarity with occupational safety, health standards and environmental regulations.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
