Maintenance Technician - Lipa

About the role

CBRE is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support small to medium‑sized buildings and industrial equipment. The role involves performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and building systems.
• Conduct routine inspections, diagnose issues, and perform corrective actions.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Review work orders, track progress, and ensure timely completion.
• Support energy management by maintaining efficient operation of building systems.
• Inspect installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations.

Required profile

• High School Diploma, GED, trade school diploma, or equivalent experience (1‑2 years related).
• Physical ability to stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs/ladders, and lift/carry loads of 50 lb or more.
• Capability to follow basic work routines and standards.
• Effective communication for straightforward information exchange.
• Strong organizational mindset with an inquisitive approach.
