Export Sales Manager

About the role

The Export Sales Manager will drive the growth of San Miguel Foods in international markets by developing strategic plans, building new business opportunities, and managing key accounts. This position focuses on expanding volume, profit, and market share across assigned export channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop annual export plans, entry‑growth strategies, and long‑range business programs aligned with corporate objectives.
• Deliver sales volume, revenue, and profit targets through business‑building initiatives and route‑to‑market strategies.
• Maintain regular communication with distributors and key accounts, handling quality service and claim issues.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews and prepare sales performance, trade activity, inventory, and pricing reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Management, or Marketing.
• 8+ years of sales experience in an FMCG company, preferably within the food industry.
• Strong background in General & Modern Trade selling; export or international sales experience is a plus.
• Aggressive, self‑propelling attitude and willingness to be assigned overseas when needed.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
