ESL Training Evaluator

About the role

goFLUENT is seeking an ESL Training Evaluator to ensure the high‑quality delivery of its corporate language programs. You will work closely with Language Trainer Coaches, providing feedback that helps trainers meet client expectations and maintain consistent instructional standards.

Key responsibilities

• Observe live language training sessions and assess instructional delivery, lesson planning, learner engagement, use of tools, and classroom management.
• Check assessors’ leveling accuracy, deliver written feedback, and recommend targeted coaching.
• Contribute to the development and upkeep of quality standards and guidelines for training and assessments.
• Analyze learner and client feedback, monitor progress, and conduct audits to evaluate program effectiveness.
• Collaborate with instructional designers and other stakeholders on quality‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of ESL instruction and corporate training environments.
• Excellent observational and analytical skills.
• Ability to provide clear, constructive feedback to trainers.
• Experience working with instructional design principles and quality assurance processes.
