Enterprise Business Development Specialist - VAS

About the role

The Enterprise Business Development Specialist – VAS supports the Senior Manager in expanding Maya’s merchant ecosystem through third‑party partnerships and value‑added services. You will lead the evaluation, commercialization, and rollout of solutions such as loyalty, voucher, and rewards applications on Maya terminals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage relationships and performance of existing VAS and third‑party partners.
• Oversee end‑to‑end onboarding and implementation of new partners.
• Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities with merchants and vendors.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve processes and merchant experience.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and strategic objectives.
• Handle partner financials, including billing, settlement, and payment coordination.
• Prepare and present business cases, proposals, and recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field.
• Strong background in business development, partnership, and vendor relationship management.
• Experience coordinating with cross‑functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships.
• Proven ability to manage end‑to‑end partnership implementation, from pitching to go‑live support.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
