Endpoint Engineer – Mobile Device & UEM

About the role

Insight is seeking an Endpoint Engineer focused on mobile device and Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) to serve as a subject‑matter expert for customers across multiple industry verticals. The role involves designing, deploying and supporting managed mobility environments while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and maintain UEM solutions, primarily Microsoft Intune, for Windows, Android and Apple platforms.
• Design, configure and troubleshoot Windows Autopilot deployments.
• Package and deploy applications through Intune or other MDM tools.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions on schedule and coordinate technology resources.
• Respond to critical incidents, communicate effectively with customers, and resolve issues promptly.
• Manage multiple customer environments across different verticals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems or a related field.
• 2–5 years of hands‑on experience with a Mobile Device Management (MDM) platform.
• Proven experience with Apple, Windows and Android devices in an enterprise setting.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work under pressure.

Required skills

• Mobile Device Management (MDM) concepts and tools.
• Windows Autopilot configuration and troubleshooting.
• Application packaging for deployment via Intune.
• Knowledge of Apple iOS, Android OS and Windows device ecosystems.
