Employer Branding Intern

About the role

Join Maya's People Group as an Employer Branding Intern and help bring the #TeamMaya story to life. You will create engaging content, support talent initiatives, and strengthen the experiences that attract and connect great people to Maya.

Key responsibilities

• Create engaging content for social media, career pages, and internal platforms that showcase Maya's culture, values, and employee stories.
• Support the planning and execution of employer branding campaigns, events, and candidate experience initiatives that embody the #BolderForBetter culture.
• Monitor engagement metrics, gather feedback from initiatives, and help identify opportunities to strengthen Maya's employer brand.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Behavioral Science, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital content trends.
• Background in content development and employer branding.
• Amenable to a hybrid work setup, with at least two days onsite per week.

Required skills

• Experience using Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or similar design tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
