Employee Relations Staff – HR Conflict Management

About the role

The Employee Relations Staff will support a harmonious workplace by monitoring employee behavior, handling grievances, and ensuring compliance with company policies and Philippine labor laws. This role works closely with the HR team to investigate issues, facilitate conflict resolution, and maintain accurate disciplinary records.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor employee conduct and enforce company policies, procedures, and code of conduct.
• Address employee concerns, grievances, and workplace conflicts promptly and professionally.
• Facilitate conflict resolution between employees and between employees and management.
• Assist HR in investigations, hearings, and preparation of Notices to Explain, warning letters, and disciplinary actions.
• Issue reminders, notices, and memos to employees who violate policies.
• Maintain accurate records of disciplinary actions, incident reports, and compliance documentation.
• Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports on employee behavior, violations, and compliance status.
• Promote a positive work environment and support employee engagement initiatives.
• Ensure all disciplinary actions comply with the Labor Code of the Philippines and assist in labor audits and government compliance.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in employee relations or a similar HR role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict‑resolution abilities.
• High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
• Prior experience in HR or employee relations is an advantage.
